Please note 50% deposit on any minis (minis are scheduled by the photographer when offered and will be advertised in advanced and booking will be opened for those minis and scedule will be blocked for any custom session on mini days.  25% deposit for all custom and premium sessions will be due at the time of booking. These deposits will be deducted from your total invoice and remaining balance will be due at time of session.  These deposits are to ensure your session date and time.    I will work with you for rescheduleling when your appointment is not able to be kept but request at least 48 hours notice excluding weddings barring medical emergenices or family emergencies like sickness, death, etc....  Wedding's need to be canceled 30 days before wedding date.   Please note refunds will not be given only resceduled session except for extreme extenuating circumstance case like medical emergencies, death or natural disasters.  Unfortuantely refunds for wedding deposits will not be returned due to the fact my whole schedule has to be blocked for your special day to ensure you have my full attention for your very special day.  You in turn will NOT be charged the remaining balance as long as you cancel 30 days before sceducled wedding date.  Thank you for your understanding and for your cooperation.
